Older machines have old out-dated emergency stop systems that do not comply with current safety regulations.

We supply and fit new dual channel cross monitored emergency stop and guard circuits at an economical cost. Light barrier systems and laser scanning systems for hand fed platens and similar machinery.

We fit single or double pole monitored circuits depending on the machine catagory.

We supply and fit DC injection braking systems, regenorative drive systems.

 We supply and fit a complete safety pack for retro fitting to hand fed platens. including  laser scanner safety system, emergency flywheel brake and digital stopping distance  monitor, as well as upgrading to dual channel cross monitored safety devices if required.
